This weekly newspaper featured an excellent article written by Nathalie Raffray on 9 February 2017 titled “Residents in Fortis Green slam Thames Water’s smart water meter installations”, see here (and page 4 of the paper edition).
The article publicises the outstanding work of members of the Muswell Hill and Fortis Green Association in raising awareness of the risks of Smart Water Meters. Well done to them!
For a full analysis of the issues raised in this article, please read this article here.
With respect to the water supply and demand gap forecasted for London issue (aka “area of severe water stress”), there is ongoing research being undertaken and our findings will be placed in the public domain when we have completed our research.
From a strategic perspective, having an article in a quality weekly newspaper with a catchment area that includes Muswell Hill, Crouch End Broadway, Highgate, Hampstead, Camden Town, Kentish Town, West Hampstead, Hampstead Garden Suburb, Golders Green and St John’s Wood should help to raise awareness of the risks of Smart Metering across more than one borough!
